Biplanes

Boeing Stearman Biplane. |
Biplanes are beautiful airplanes. Nothing captures the romance of flight better than a biplane soaring through a bright, blue sky with puffy white clouds. Biplanes remained the front line of most air forces until World War II, and many biplanes participated in that war. Among these were the Royal Air Force Gloster Gladiator and Fairey Swordfish.
Today, biplanes generally are restricted to airshows, museums and hobbyists, but they remain viable aircraft. Some biplanes also remain in use for various purposes such as crop dusting, sightseeing and flight training. If you wish to download and color in any of these pictures of biplanes, simply right-click it and chose "Save." Then, find it on your computer, size it to your preference, and print away! We hope you find these biplane coloring pages useful and fun.
